how is that S50? It's awful having to time when to listen. If I listen from 9-12 when I get to work, it's easy to just hear the repeat of the beginning of the show.. but when you hear an hour here and then an hour there and are then trying to calculate when the parts you haven't heard are on, it's a real pain in the ass.

I dig it, I'm on Pacific time so I record the Eastern show and then take it with me right around the end of the news. The S50 is old now and the newer units are even better all around.
What was the Dana fuck up? I don't listen to Stern all that often, so I'm probably way behind on this shit.
Listen, I love Artie and I think he makes the show amazing. I've just noticed recently though, that he seems to think he is bigger than he really is. For example, some of the shit he said to Sal and Richard was kinda fucked up and this whole high pitch Mike thing has gotten out of control. I know these bit are funny and make the show interesting, I just hate how he has to ridicule the jobs of these people in order to make him look like a badass. He acts like a highschool bully at times.
Regarding the Dana thing, what happened was these two really hot chicks were on the show and Howard basically convinced them to go with Artie to a Lettermen appearance (Howard was trying to get him laid and didn't know anything about Artie and Dana trying to rehash shit). Anyway, I think it was Ross Saban (I think) that actually forwarded the e-mail to Dana but Teddy fucked by not specifying who the e-mails should of been sent to. So the e-mail that was sent had specifics on when to pick up the two girls and what room they were staying at. Essentially a bunch of shit you wouldn't want your girlfriend to see. I guess that situation fucked up any chance of them getting back together.
I'm really intrigued as to what's gonna happen come Monday morning...

So on NPR the other day during the pledge drive break they were talking about how when you donate money you become a co-owner of the station. Like a farm co-op and when you pledge during or after the airing of your favorite shows it tells them which programs are most popular. But I got to thinking they should but up a poll each week so the co-owners could vote which programs they'd rather have during the following week......
So I'm just waking up and when I first turned it on, I heard Artie go "boy is it great to be back" in regards to the hot chick who was collateral in Win Fred's Money.

Teddy will still work for him, but in another capacity when they iron out the details. At the moment they are taking a break from each other in a professional sense. Artie was very apologetic for his extreme behavior, yada yada.
So he is back in action, Teddy is still 'around,' and thats about what they covered in the morning. Howard did squash the replay but Artie gave the go-ahead to put it back up, it will be OnDemand either by midnight tonight or sometime tomorrow.
