Anyone take effervescent creatine?

Hi all, I take effervescent creatine by ISS. I know it was big when it came out, but I havn't run into anyone who takes it here; I hear a lot about CEE and even monohydrate by nothing about effervescent. I like it. It absorbs well. Anyone take it or have taken it? Any opinions on it?

How do you know if it absorbs well?

It's powder. My premise for stating it absorbs well is just out of observation. I'm stronger on it, more focused, and have more muscle endurance.

no it is. The product I take is monohydrate. Effervescent simply means that gases will escape in an liquid such as water (that's why it fizzes).The difference is in absorbability. The pH is altered so that people don't experience bloating and other digestive issues as they would from monohydrate. I'm just curious if anyone else takes an effervescented creatine product.
