anyone tried this protein powder??

REFLEX - INSTANT WHEY

i have just started taking it and it tastes great and mixes well....i just hope its results are as good as its taste. Its apparantly a top seller over in the UK at the moment!

anyone used it????? or heard anything good or bad about it???

Aye i've been using this,good value for money imho.Try and stay away from the Vavinilla flav tho as it's nasty.I like the strawberry flav my self.Mixes really well,taste good,is cheep and seemed to work well for me.They allso do a Micro Whey(reflex) haven't tryed that yet is a bit more expensive.

I bought a new protiene powder today though just felt like a change an i've bought "Maximuscle-Promax" a little more expeansive but acording a to a friend it's really good!

Maximuscle is the protein powder i normally use...it is good but expensive, i just fancied a change too, i see your in the uk have you tried ordering from these guys

Thanx for that link think i will get a few my supps from there in futer.At the the moment i get mine from Body active first saturday of the mounth is 20% of for members .
