I'm having problems in my routines. The exercising is going fine, I've got muscles in my stomach that I've never seen before in my life. But the diet is horrible. I'm wondering if anyone knows of any (inexpensive) appetite suppresents that work? Or maybe something I could make myself. I know that the best thing to have is just water. And if I feel like munching on something I've got lots of ice. But I find myself constantly thinking about going and cooking up a lasgana or something even when I'm not hungry. Any ideas?
