Hows the bodyfat? Keeping your doses realistic and not going overboard will be your biggest assistant. Keep the Nolvadex on hand, some people even use Clomid but I'm not sure that really 'works' with high test levels. If gyno is a-commin, you will get some kind of sensation in the nipple area, some decribe it as itching, either way, you WILL know if its coming, you will get some kind of stimulation in the area.
Side effects get worse as the doses start to get out of hand, so if this is a first cycle, be realistic about it. There is such a thing as deca gyno also, and so far as I recall there is nothing you can do about it other than stop taking it and hope for the best.
So far as I know, the estrogen blockers that are legal cannot compare to the illegal stuff (legal in some circumstances). Further, just like you can't take test forever without estrogen levels raising, you can't limit estrogen levels forever without the body likewise compensating for what you are doing, as the body wants homeostatis, this is why it is hard to put on muscle and is why you can't take magic drugs without breaks or many tricks, and risking permanent disfunction. Plus alot of the anti-estrogen stuff gets people depressed, the "clomid blues" is something you will find posts about now and again, when men are on clomid, the women are happy.
So, even with estrogen blocking attempts, you'd have to cycle that as well. Clomid by the way is actually a weak estrogen, which works by binding to stronger estrogen in males, therefore 'blocking' it or weakening it, however in women its an estrogen booster, used for women with fertility problems.
