Hey everyone, took about 6 years off, turned 40 and back in the game for about 8 months now,

Stats
Bench 275
squat 410
Flys 90
hgt 6 feet
weight 220
neck 17 1/2

what do you guys feel about the pec dec. Hurt my bicep tendon which really restricts my bench and flys. doing 200 on pec dec for 20 reps 3 sets, is the pec dec as good as bench. I don't get the same mass building from that as with bench.

Welcome oldcool, if peck dec works for you and you cant bench then stick with it. Thats the bitch about getting older you have to get creative and train around old injures. Good luck and welcome
