Hi All-
New to the site, thought it looked like a great place to keep an eye on myself as I work back to fit and flexible following a nasty couple of knee injury this past year.
Am currently rehabilitating a right knee reconstruction from March 05 (severed ACL, Grade II MCL tear from playing Soccer) then a fall on the same knee In Oct 05 (Mega-Bruised lower right Patella, followed by Patellar Tendonitis Inflammation for 8 weeks)
My son recently did a school project about his parents and he listed "My dad's favorite thing to is ice his knee at home ".
OH yeah. Another knee problem and my wife will divorce me for clumsiness...
Anyway, due to boredom, depression, lack of mobility, and motivation I have gone from about 155 lbs and 12% BF to 175 lbs and 27% BF in 2005.
Luckily my digital scale can help me watch it go in the oposite direction too.
I am here because I need a place to track myself.

- Feel Better
- Decrease BF %
- Increase Muscle Mass
- Muscular Equilibrium Across both legs
- Complete 2 Triathlons with my Wife in 2006- she is experienced, I am not
- Ensure that my Chest goes from Boobs to Pectoral Muscles
