New to Naps, placed an order with the 30% off code and my order was canceled a few days later saying they couldn't pick up the money. So I go and check to see if there was a mistake with the name or country and everything is perfect and submit ref number etc again. Same thing order canceled. So I go to pick my money up since my order says they can't pick it up, guess what? The money is picked up. What's the deal here?
