Hey everyone...I had a quick question. I started weightlifting and cardio again about 3-4 months ago, after about a good 3-4 years of little exercise. After about two weeks into working out I started taking NOX-CG3 and whey protein. I am currently tryin NOXPLODE and whey protein as my supplements. My question is, did I start taking creatine and NO to early in my return to lifting? Are there any bad side effects, or do you believe I will be ok?
