I'm new to the use of BCAAs. I never took them before and I have heard a lot of good things about them. I am currently in the middle of a hypertrophy phase, multiple sets of 8-10 yada yada...My diet hasnt changed, but I am noticing a 1lb gain every week since I started using them 3-4 weeks ago. None of the other factors have changed. I am using Xtend BCAAs, 3 scoops, pre and post. I measured my BF and it has stayed the same or went down.
Is it possible that the BCAAs are making me gain weight? It's the only thing I can really pinpoint. I know my diet is sound on straight on. My cardio consists of HIIT training 4x a week.This is starting to annoy me and I only want an answer, I feel kind of dopey asking such a stupid question.
