If your taking a good Bcaa supplement should you still take a mutli vitamin
 
Thank you all ...Trying to do something right for a change and get all my supps lined up ...Have never really done any and as Im getting older I believe they are more important than ever . I am trying to learn alot as fast as I can

Then you are doing the right thing and asking questions to get educated rather than just jumping in blind!
 
If you take a multi, then consider getting one without Iron or Calcium. Can lead to kidney stones down the road.
