So I just completed my first year of law school. Didn't have much time to work out and was forced to eat bad food. I've quit cokes (they are my weakness) and I'm eating healthy.
I'm 5'11, 190 pounds. I'm not really fat, I just have a beer belly.. I'm lifting weights and doing cardio 6 days a week or so.
a typical food day for me is:
for breakfast:
one a day vitamin
2 scoops muscle milk light with skim milk, and I'll eat a few slices of turkey breast also
I'll munch on a 100 calorie per pack cookie or chips pack before lunch...
for lunch I'll eat a footlong sub (subway), honey oat, chicken strips, lettuce, tomato, NO cheese, one strip of light mayo, and some veggies with water and apples or raisins...
after working out i'll drink another protein shake
for dinner i'll have a chicken breast, or salmon, tuna...
and throughout the whole day I drink a lot of water...
am I getting enough calories? should I change anything up?
I'm trying to lose the beer belly, I'm also wondering how far I am from a 6 pack, and I'm just trying to gain muscle, but nothing like Arnold or anything...
that's about it!
thanks guys and gals!
