Recently I've really been trying to get explosive coming out of the hole on my squats (same with my overhead squats ..) But I find that when I come up I have a little 'bounce' where my heels come slightly off the ground (espically on overhead squats) , so my question is , if this is alright? Or should I be focusing on being explosive while keeping my feet firmly on the ground?
