Best all in one supplement for amino acids and multi?

Im looking to buy some amino acids supplements and a good multi.

I would like something that has all the amino acids in one pill or one serving of liquid, btw.

I have taken the mulit from Animal and thought it was pretty good but that was 5 years ago. What good now?

Animal packs are good but I would buy from Orbit. That's really my favorite site to but supps. When it comes to aninos you really have a lot of options. I would say that you first set your goal for results and shoot for that. You need to know what your shooting for. That would be my first take on this. Then you need to train hard eat right and of course supplement.

Oange Triad and I would think that whey protein as part of your BB supplementation would supply BCAA'S in sufficient quantities.
