Hey everyone, I've been trying to get caught up on all the latest/greatest products but I feel overwhelmed. Back in the day (5 years ago) I had good results with nitro and cell-tech. I know a lot has changed since then so I'd like to pick up some creatine and protein supplements but I'm not sure what to get. I've been back training for about 3 months now and feel I've lost the fat I needed to lose (thanks to redline and tons of cardio), I'd like to focus on building up some lean mass now, maybe 10-15lbs. Can anyone suggest a few good products?
