i used to use alot of ephedrine, but it was eating my muscle and i'm sure i got slight exercise induced asthma from taking such high amounts...all other pre-workout supps make me nauseous now...so black coffee only for me these days...
GreenTea/Caffiene pill stack...just use the green tea in small amount on non workout days and when letting the body heal up during off times because you do develop a tolerance to caffine and i twont work anymore like it use to. its not good to up the caffine to high so the breaks are needed to re-lower that tolerance. start out with just enough. such as 1 caffine pill 200mg and a cup of hot green tea. once you need 2 caffine pills and the tea for more than a few weeks your ready for that break. i take 5 days off from training every 9 to 10 weeks depending on how i am recovering and how hard i have been training.
