I recently had surgery on my shoulder and I need a way to gain back about 12-17lbs. of muscle. I cant lift upper body till mid May so I will have about 2 and a half months to put the weight back on before the season starts. I know I will be on a protein and a creatine/nitric oxide mix (like NO-XPLODE). Does anybody else have a good suggestion on how to gain it back? I have been looking at 1-Test. My buddy has some Paradeca and some 1-Test from VPX. Would this be the best option? Does anybody know anything about the "IsoGain/Estroblock stack" from HouseofMuscle.com? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
