Best test dose for the experianced user

This is not the dose for a first or second time user but rather the dose you think best for a person who has done a few cycles and wants to get huge and strong as hell....IE icompetative power lifting or Bodybuilding at a level above local bull sh-t shows.

That all depends....First off you didn't mention what kinda test (E,C, or prop) but I'm assuming you meant cyp or E...I would say if ur cycle is mainly or all test E then a gram would suffice...but if you're throwing in Deca or EQ or Tren, then maybe 750mgs/w plus whatever else.

A good cycle might be:
wks 1-10: Test E or Cyp 750mgs
wks 1-8: Deca 400mgs
wks 1-4: Dbol 30mgs ED.

I read an article here that says that serious bodybuilders get bloodwork done every 6 weeks and only cycle off if their health is in danger or their receptors are saturated and they stop seeing gains.
 
It depends on what compounds you are running. Some experienced users do great without using test, some do only test and do 2-4 grams/wk.
 
3-5 grams a week would be what I typically see, 2 grams possibly. I'm thinking of 265 pounds offseason, 5'8", top 4 abs still visible.
 
I ran 500mg most of my cycles.....stacked with 400 Deca or 600 EQ...and that got me to 240 at 10% bf.......then threw in tren at 1cc (75mg) eod and that took me to 257 at 11%.....so for me 750mg or less is more than enough to get huge.....after that GH and the other shit the pros use is all thats needed to hit 300lbs.
 
I wonder how much weight you gain from intestine growth when using gh :D

yep, there are many guys that dont even compete yet, using this sort of dose. If you compare the doses used at IM to another forum, you realise that the doses on this site are very modest. I think thats a good thing tho, i laugh when i see a first time uses jump straight in the deep end with a gram of test every week.

Crazy isn't it. I'm using a total of 2 grams a week (includes stacking) and will likely go to 2.25 gram on the next cycle. every cycle I'm going to add 250 mgs of something. Probably test if I can keep the B/P fairly normal

Note I cycle 6 weeks on and 3 weeks off and repeat. So the doses will get up there pretty good by the end of sept, 2006

I know some big guys on other boards (240-270 range) and they all use less than this by a long way and they will all say that you don't need that much to get big and I believe them. I would still say your training and diet plays a bigger role. Plus I think there is no reason to take that much unless you are into near national level competition.
