ATM i'm spending a fortune on supplements, and i'm so damm broke i really have to find cheaper products, maximuscle is too pricey!!

This don't mean i will quit using maximuscle, i love their creatine/glutamine supp. and their weight gainer is pretty good, but i get through a LOT of whey protein, mathematically 1 tub should last 10-12 days, i push about 2 weeks outta them, and its £32 a tub (2lbs - 30 servings), i need a affordable alternative!

I'm looking at...

EAS - Simply Whey
Reflex - Instant Whey
All-in-1 - Whey Isolate or Concentrate (http://www.sports-nutrition.net/erol.html)

Really I need something that will be just as good as maximuscle's, incl. BCAA's and glutamine peptides hopefully

anyone have any recommendations?

peace

Optimum Nutrition 100% whey... by far my favorite protein... very digestable, very nice mix of BCAA's and glutamine, very low carb, very low fat... perfect imo....

Optimum man....it has a great BCAA profile and good flavour for the price. Very respectable company with great value for money. Carbs COULD be lower, but I make my own protein blend with 1g carb for a higher price anyway...

Peace.

Like I tell everyone.....Nobody beats Costco for whey.

6lb tub for 20 bucks... (You tell me where you can beat that?)
