best way to eca

wondering what is the best way to eca or ecy
i've been just taking 25ml ephedrine hcl with a stacker 2 but i dont feel much. the only thing i notice is that after about an hour i get really tired.
and advice or suggestions?

I'm not sure what your asking so I'll just give you the typical dose.

25mg Ephedrine, 200mg Caffeine, 300mg Aspirin (i Skip the aspirin)
3 times a day
