So over the last year on my cycles ive only ever inj glutes and quads. Simple cycles, test C and Tren A. I do pin ED, so i run out of inj sites, or my sites get sore lol
I've recently started thinking. Ive built up some good scar tissue on my quads. They've grown with just the site inj's (aside my from training too)
So...i recently started (only twice so far) inj my tricep heads.
Results so far, I LOVE IT. I feel the workout more, the 'soreness' is a dull sorness, but i've already noticed some size increase in the long head.
Now.. onto my question. Biceps are a week genetic point for me. Always have been. I can DL 600lbs and hammer curl (good form) the 60s...but my biceps just dont grow much.
So ive wanted to combine my nice results with local site inj's ive had for my quads and tricepts..and try out the same thing on my biceps
teh problem? IT HURTS! lol
srs, like a bad pain. Maybe im not doing it right, but i cant seem to get 1cc into my bicep.
I aborted my first inj on my bicep, i didnt want to risk it.
So bros...
Im looking for some tips/help/recommendations on best way to do biceps injs
anybody with experience doing it woudl be a plus too.
How much is safe to do? 1cc? 1.5cc? how often? ED, EoD? What about training? is it ok to pin the bicept and WORK the bicep on teh same day?
