I got a sample of this and wanted to hear what people thought about it. Specifically, when did u take it (how long before a workout), what kind of effect it had. I do not want to lose weight, just add muscle without much fat. Would this help? I know it is for energy, but I was wondering if it would be cointer productive if it caused you to lose weight, or if it would be good for me giving me more intense workouts? Any feedback is appreciated
