BLOODWORK ACCURACY TIPS. WHY?


The first bit of advice I am going to give?.

What you put into your body affects your hormones. Plain and simple. Its
common sense your body is going to perform, produce, recover, and BUILD,
its best if we watch what we put in our bodies and when we consume these
things. People spend thousands on trainers, food, supplements! They put
HOURS a week into the gym. If I?m putting all that effort into making
things work. When it comes time to test my hormone levels. Its a smart
idea to put forth the same level of effort into blood work tests too. We
need this knowledge to make sure our progress stays progress, and doesn?t
become counterproductive.

These are a few tips to help

1. I suggest going to a local hospital lab and setting up (depending on
gender) a male or female hormone panel test. This way you get interaction
with a doctor.

- A hospital is an AUTHORIZED PROFESSIONAL facility. Its official licensed
testing. They are performing more blood tests then any online lab.
Practice makes perfect.

2. If your going in for blood work, what are you normally told to do? To
take the test on an empty stomach.

- Make sure you fast. I recommend to fast for 10-12 hrs after your last
meal before getting your blood drawn.

- Its recommended no fluids either, but a small amount of water to stay
hydrated should be fine!

3. What esters are in your system? Enanthate, Cypionate, Propionate?
Different esters enter your system faster, and also leave faster. You want
your bodies steroid level as stable as possible

- Long Esters example: Cypionate,Enanthate, you should have your blood
checked 6-7 weeks into your cycle. 6 days after your last injection.

- Short Esters example: Propionate, you should have your blood checked 4
weeks into your cycle, 2-3 days after your last injection.

Blood works an important part of training and steroid usage. Or at least
it should be. If it isn?t in your training regimen its time to add it! So
do it right and get the most out of your results. Remember.. the more you
know the clearer success becomes!
