Bowflex 2 extreme and your thoughts

My thought is that I have no idea how bowflex has became so popular.

They are garbage. I?m not sure if the rods are just spent or it?s just a terrible machine.

All the movements only have resistance at about 15% of the complete range of motion. No resistance in the negative. This is with 250lbs of supposed resistance.

Every gym is closed until the 30th. Ours closed around March 10th.

If you're short on space, it's a decent option really.

You can get up to 400lbs of resistance on some of them and, it can be effective.

They're over priced though.

I bought one about 8 years ago, used it a few times then sold it.

I just use Jaeger bands -works and much less $$$
