Hello,I recently started lifting weights and have gained 15 lbs.I workout 6 days a week with 45 min. tough cardio.I eat very healthy,but i am worried about the weight gain.My clothes still feel the same, a little snugger around the waist,but the same overall.Can it be muscle weight or is something elsae going on?how can you tell?
