Buying tabs vs capping powders

Anyone cap their own? I`m on the fence about ordering some orals from any one of the sponsors here or ordering powders fron a particular sponsor here. Especially Anavar because tabs are so expensive. Can anyone offer positive or negative feedback on capping your own? I know I`ll have to buy a capping machine($30). Any real feedback will be appreciated.

I can get a capping kit for around $30 on ebay. How much is the scale you mentioned? Ebay also? I thought if I bought powders I could make custom caps to suit my needs. So many mgs of var/winny or Anadrol/dbol, etc.
