I did a search for this and couldn't find the answer so sorry if this is a repeat....
I'm starting an ECY stack (just ordered today so probably next week) and I love coffee (usually 2-3 cups in the a.m.). My question is, should I:
A) switch to decaf and take the 25/200/2.5 stack
B) include my coffee/caffeine and cut my dose of C to 100 (or something)
C) drink my coffee, take my stack, drink more water and pee every 20 min.
D)forget about the coffee
and just do the stack
E) (please provide a different answer)
