Can gyno appear ABOVE the nipple?

Quick question for some of you experienced guys, here.

About an inch and a half or two above my left nipple I can feel this hard lump. It doesn't really hurt when I touch it, and it's the only one I have. I am a bit worried it's gyno, but I didn't think it occurred that high up.

Last week I did do a pec shot in the exact area the lump is, so I'm thinking [hoping] it could just be related to that. However, even that seems like it could be a bad thing. I'd be inclined to believe it was an abcess but it doesn't hurt at all. Just a lump.

Any thoughts?

chances are it is just swollen from the gear... what are you shooting?? My injection spots stay swollen for days after I shoot EQ 200mg/ml....

It sounds like it's related to the injection site. I've never heard of gyno above the nipple.

Thanks. I figured it was probably from the shot, but I've never gotten a lump before. I shot some deca there like I have many times before, so I thought it was weird it left a bump this time.

Maybe I'm just shooting too much in the same spot. Think one left pec shot a week is too much?
