Hey guys, this is a quote off of Beverly's webpage:"Here are some of the methods we use:
Off Season Weight Gain : 3 scoops Mass Maker + 1 scoop 100% Egg mixed in just 10 oz water (43 grams protein, 45 grams carbs, 1 gram fat, 380 total calories. Many of our clients use this drink to gain up to twenty pounds in 4 weeks by first eating their whole food meal and then drinking this formula right after the meal. "
Guys, what I'd like to know is whether I can substitute some Optimum Nutrition whey protein for that egg protein with this BI Mass Maker stuff and still experience similar weight gains.(cost cutting measure) Now, I know that 20lbs is not possible for everyine(if anyone) but I should gain 10 lbs. though, right? Does egg protein make that much of a difference? Also, it doesn't specify whether I have to take this combination substance more than once daily?
Thanks,
Sam
