I have both of these was using San Tight with some sucess and heard good thinks about Melting Point which i have used for about 3 weeks and do not at this time see any results. I have read some posts about people stacking Ephedrine w/tight but i was thinking about maybe stacking the Tight and the Melting Point but i really do not know much about the ingrediants in Melting Point and do not know if stacking these 2 supps would be wise. If anyone who knows about the 2 supps and whats in them could tell me if there would be any benifit to stacking these or would it be a bad idea or even dangerous i have used both these products and have had no bad sides from either any suggestions would be very helpful thank you.:p

Yes, that would be fine.

Remember with MP you are holding alot of water. Don't go by the scale, use a mirror. Some people have held up to 10lbs of water on MP.

I agree with Jodi. However, the feedback on MP has been a mixed bag some have done very well on it others felt as though it did nothing. Personally I loved it.

Personally I did not.

DAMN!:eek::eek:

I'll be giving it a go here in about a month and a half. To the thread starter after you stack it listen to your body just incase its too much for ya, be safe.

Why don't you just use a good diet along with cardio to lower the body fat %
ditto

what are you trying to do, turn yourself into a walking bon fire? what about when you come off and the fire goes out? stop screwing around and lose weight the natural way, smaller portion sizes, higher physical activity, all of these fad supplements are a waste of cash totally unnecessary, none of them 'directly' target fat loss, that is scientifically impossible i'm afraid

I have done good stacks.

Animal cuts(2 packs a day)
san tight(2 pills a day)
taraxatone(last 5 days)

Xenedrine(2 pills 2 times a day)
hotrox(2 pills 2 times a day)

hydroxycut(3pills 3 times a day)
lipo6(2 pills 2 times a day)

Or this is my favorite.

Animal cuts(2 paks a day)
lipo6(2 pills 2 times a day)
taraxatone(last 3-4 days)

Along with these I kept cals moderate, and drank 2-3+ gallons water a day.

Be aware that I am in no way sensitive to stimulants, and thismay be too much for you. I have tried these before. each little lsit is a stack. Use for 6-10 weeks

I also did weights 4 days a week at 1 hour a day, and cardio 5 days a week at 30-45 minutes a day spread between 2 sessions.

people stacking diet supplements like this only run them to make up for their already shite diets and training programs, these supplements should not be stacked, to do so is dangerous, i mean you advise stacking lipo-6 and hydroxycuts? they both contain caffeine, that is very dangerous advice, 1g of caffeine a day can do a lot of damage to someone that isn't used ot drinking a lot of coffee, mindless post

Hey bro hense the reason I said I am not sensitive and they may not be good for them. I usually take 500mg caffeine pre and post workout, well I did until I was told to go off the stims for a lil bit. And shitty diets no. all year I eat pretty clean. I mean bulk is 350-400g protein, 475-600g carbs, 110g fat mostly good fats from efa's flax, olive oil.salmon.

when i cut i eat 400g protein, 350g carbs, 75g fat. 3675. since I am young . this will be my next cut diet anyway. before i would eat 2700cals a day. But here they say that is too little for a 260+lb 18 years old, cause of age and stuff tonot go lower than 3000. My diets are perfect,.

None directly target fat loss?

What exactly are you on about?

how does increasing metabolic activity directly target fat loss?

Do you even know what Melting Point is? Or what it does?

Anyhoo, I've got no idea about the mode of action for Tight, but typically, thermogenics stimulate the adrenergic system, promoting lipolytic hormones. Anything that is "thermogenic" by nature will cause this, such as ephedrine etc.

Sorry to have caused so much controversy. i should have explained myself better i started training in March 2005 i clocked in at 304 lbs. I started a 5 day split

Mondays 30 min cardio
tuesdays weight training chest 30 minutes cardio
Wensdays weight training back 30 minutes cardio
Thursdays weight training legs 30 minutes cardio
Fridays nothing
Saturdays weight training sholders and traps 30 minutes cardio
Sundays weight training biceps, triceps and forearms

as of 1-17-06 i now clock in at 239 lbs in 10 months have lost 65 lbs at a steady rate of of 1.5-2 lbs a week. I feel and look a lot better. My eating habits have changed drastically but i am sure no way near what most of you do for competitve body building. I am 5' 10" and even at 239 still too much lbs i am carrying. the reason i started the weight supps about 2 months ago was even though i have lost a lot of fat the fat in the lower abs, lower back, chest and thighs have been a son of a bitch to lose so i am trying to get a little bit of help i took San tight for about 3 weeks and started to notice a little increase in those stubborn areas. from reading some posts on this forums i heard Melting point was good i tried that for about 3 weeks and did not alter my training or eating habits and i gained about 3 pounds in that time frame so i am now back on San Tight for about the last few weeks 1 tab a day. I still have a supplt of Melting Point left so that is why i asked if stacking the 2 would be of any benifit. My San Tight says 1 cap a day but i hear many people take more is this safe? And i am still not clear as to if stacking these 2 supps would be a benifit or dangerous and will not attempt this till i get more info from people such as you who have a lot more experience at this stuff than me. My docotor says my ideal lbs for my body type and height would be about 210 lbs i know i still have a lot of hard training and eating but would like to burn some fat faster in those stubborn fat areas i mentioned. I will also give you my daily supp schedule as to inform you as much as possible in case you want to give me any advice.

ON Whey Protein 23g per serving 1-morning 1-after training 1-night
San Tight 1 cap morning
Creatine Eth Ester 2 caps morning 2 caps afternoon(after training)
Chromium pico 200 mcg morning
Multi opti mens 1 morning 1 night
Fish oil 1 cap morning 1 cap night

forgot just turned 44 yrs old and am very pleased to date with results but really would like help with the stubborn fat areas want to look as goos as possible for the summer and the progress with some of this stubborn fat is PAINFULLY SLOW. Thanks for any help and sorry about my spelling it a weak spot and thanks much for this forum it helps guys like me.

Melting Point causes water retention, which explains your weight gain. Pretty significant water retention in some people actually.

Plus, with regards to dropping fat, it will assist you best if you drop your calories like you would on a normal diet. It is great for dieting and great for damage control, but right now you're kinda "in limbo" with calories, so i wouldn't expect a whole lot to happen in 3 weeks. A nice recomp effect would happen in 6-12 weeks, but you'd still need to amend your calories weekly to ensure you are still taking in maintenance calories as your weight changes.
