Everyday is cheat day for me. I just ate a whole cheesecake.

sundays is my cheat day only. but only pizza, with h2o. 1/2 gallon! i use aldactone on that day at 150mg in am 6 am to be exact.

I think I'll eat a whole chocolate pie today.
