You can't stop it man unless you stop the gear. I had the worst acne you could imagine on my back, shoulders and chest and some on my face but no where near as bad...

I went to the dermatologist and the solution was accutane. Cleared me up completely and for good in about 6 months. But side effects are guaranteed and very harsh. My joints were fucked by it and it dries you out completely. There are more sides as well but do the research. Those were the 2 I got bad.

keep it clean obviously/hibiclens is antimicrobial surgical wash, you can get it at walgreens, cvs, rite aid etc- consider antibiotics from a dr
if its cystic consider accutane or isotrenoin

NAC! I take this stuff everyday 1 gram a day. Good for everything because its the shit!
