chrysin, effective for anti-estrogen?

Started with some Ultimate nutrition testostro grow hp, also seen it sold seperately, wondering how effective chrysin actually is?

I don't think there's any real proof chrysin does anything.
Do you feel any different taking it?

I would second rahaas on that, I have taken Chysin in conjuction with Trib and couldn't really tell if it worked. If I was going to take something for anti-estro it would be more along the lines of 6OXO.
