I came across 2 bottles of L-Citrulline and Malic Acid...

Can you make your own Citrulline Malate by mixing L-Citrulline and Malic acid yourself?...

What would the ratios be, how much mg of each for a good pre-workout?...

How effective is L-Citrulline alone for pumps compared to Citrulline Malte?...

Thanks...

Not sure about ratios with this??

Citrulline is a non-essential amino acid that has numerous health and athletic performance benefits. Citrulline is used to support the detoxification of ammonia and to enhance nitric oxide production. A lot of my clients use it with L-Arginine and have had good feedback.

I'm pretty sure a good ratio would be about 3g of L-Citrulline and 1.5g of malic acid, but I guess my question is would doing this be just as good as buying a Citrulline malate supplement like PrimaForce?...

Or do these compounds need to be somehow bonded together to make Malic acid?...
