I'm 1.5 weeks out from first cycle, and diet is really clean. But I'm wondering just how many more calories I will have to consume to have significant growth. (clean growth) I think its just gonna be a trial by error type thing, but was wondering if anyone knew how many over maintenance I will need. I also heard that hunger goes up on cycle so if thats the case it shouldn't be a problem. Never had issues with putting on weight but I don't want to go overboard with it.

Hunger only goes up on some compounds (eq, ghrp6 etc). If you want to go clean and no bloat, eat around maintanance and keep sodium etc down. Up your calories by 5-10% and judge by the mirror to see if its too much.

I agree that sometimes u get more hungry while on. I think it's in the diet section, it's a sticky, that will give u the math to do a cut or bulk. Some have a problem when bulkin', which is kinda strange, just make yourself over eat. My rule- the more you eat, the more you grow...

^^^ this.

My last blast I got to the point of eating to the point of abdominal distention. of course all the swallowed air made for some very noisy nights :)

What I suggest is make sure u do around 3 cardio sessions light intensity a week for about 20-30 mins. Keeps ur metabo and hunger firing and helps digest extra food. How many calories exact?? Depends on what your eating now and what ur stats are

First calculate your calorie needs. Second decide what macros you want. Third start a log at fitday.com, I use that website every day, is very easy to keep you on track and calculate everything.
