clen and women

I have used clen before with some pretty good results. My question is how would clen affect a womans body. A friend of mine has been doing a little research of her own and was thinking about ordering some. What are the concerns or side effects for a woman? What dosage should she be using and for how long should she use it for? Any help would be appreciated.
 
It's my understanding it effects men and women the same. Start low at 20mcg, then up 20mcg a day till you can tolerate it. I wouldn't go over 160mcg a day. It stops working after around 2-3 weeks unless you take benedryl to keep it going, so cycling 2 on 2 off would be good. Drink plenty of water to avoid cramping and also sup with 3-5g of taurine and maybe potassium (or just eat bananas). Make sure you diet is clean, and be careful if exercising intensely because it raises your heart rate.
 
i thought the dosage for a woman was slightly lower. i thought for women it was like 80-100.
 
You may be right, I was talking about myself. In that case maybe ramping up slower might be a better idea.
 
i would check into it before jumping right in i am not familiar with clen but have come across it in my reading about diffrent things. also watch your heart rate.
