Complete Protein ... Beyond the Gym.

Last year I had surgery on my right foot which left me inactive for months. I could not get enough meals in my system and I relied on my kids and hubby to help with food (which were not was not the healthiest nor the right amount of meals, although they tried to meet my strict demands LOL).

When I recovered I was back training for two weeks and then I fell at home (my foot literally crumpled underneath me), fracturing and dislocating the same foot that just healed from surgery. Faced with more inactivity I had to come up with a game plan to get my diet right and my meals up.

I was unable to keep up with my 5/6 meals per day since I relied mostly on my sons, I began to add IronMag Labs Complete Protein for the times I could not go downstairs to the kitchen or when my kids were not home. I feel good, I am healing good and I have gained NO weight during this second round of inactivity. Having IronMag Lags Complete Protein has helped me get proper nutrition during a time that I needed it most, it mixes smooth and OhMyGosh it taste soooooo good!!!!

As I slowly get released to do more activity in the gym I feel confident that I will be rocking it better then before continuing with Complete Protein!! :rocker:
