I understand that whey protein is a quick release protein better used shortly after working out and that casein is a slow release protein better used before bed. Should I use both? If so, what brands do you recommend? I currently take Muscletechs Nitro tech protein after working out only.
I was looking at syntha 6 but can't decide when that would be best used. It appears to have both quick releasing and slower casein proteins. Could I use it both after working out and before bed? Or should I consider two seperate products? Thanks in advance for your help.
