After suffering a submission loss to Khabib Nurmagomedov, Conor McGregor took a long hiatus to lick his wounds. He?s been calling for a rematch against Khabib ever since, but the UFC Lightweight champion, as well as the organization, have refused to grant McGregor?s wish.
Now, Conor McGregor has taken it upon himself to announce that he?ll be making a return to action in January 18, 2020. McGregor made an impromptu announcement in Moscow, Russia stating as much as well as what his approach will be in his upcoming training camp.
This announcement comes in the wake of recent sexual assault allegations, the second alleged account against the former two-division UFC champion.
