The only mistake that I saw one cop make, that a good civil lawyer may point out is that he was hitting the guy with handle end of the baton, instead of holding the handle and rotating the long arm.

I would've ran inside of White Castle, grabbed up a big tray of burgers, ran outside and made him chase me till he collapsed. I would've killed 2 birds with one stone. Got him to settle down and my cardio for the day.
While some of the video looks fierce, maybe you did'nt see the part when the 350lb man knocked the shit out of one of the cops!
IMO they did what they had to do at that point.

I agree there TGS. I saw the full video before on the computer, but now on TV all you see is the cops being violent, not the beginning. That makes me sick.
