I joined a fitness center and started with weights 2 months ago and i am seeing improvement already (muscle tone? firmer than before?). Diet is more on protein. Supps are multivit, fish oil Gluc/chon and also whey and crea.
Now I want to address my weight problem.
I bought an elliptical so I can start my day with exercise, gym is after work hours. When I do only cardio in AM (after i get out of bed), do I also need to drink crea after the cardio. how about the whey?
Whats the best way to benefit more (I want to lose fat) from my exercise.
I am 48 y/o, 5'4, 190 lbs right now.
Elliptical is set at weight loss program - 45 mins. I monitor HR bet. 130-140/min
