would welcome some advise on creatine.
I currently go to the gym 5 times per week and have been going approximately 3 months, am looking to start taking creatine.
I've seen different advice regarding this supplement on various different sites so wanted to get some opinions from people on here.
I have just purchased a tub of CNP Creatine powder, the advise on the tub says:
Loading: (5 days) One scoop (5 gm) four times a day.
Maintenance: One scoop (5 gm) a day.
Am just wondering when the best time to be taking this through the day would be, i;e first thing in the morning, just before training, afterwards, etc. Especially during the loading stage as it advises 4 scoops to be taken.
Also, should creatine be taken regularly every day, just on days when I am training, or should I be having break periods during taking the supplement?
