Bout to start creatine, i will need creatine at breakfast and after training
thing is i have protein shakes at these times too... should I have creatine before my breakfast, or after it, or same time?
and post-training i'm guessing i should mix my creatine and dextrose with my whey and have them all in one PWO shake?
also...
during the loading phase i will add a shake around lunch... is it best with my food? before/after food? or don't it really matter? (my creatine supp. has dextrose and glutamine in it BTW), i will get the remaining 5g from a protein/creatine bar as they need using up this month, post loading my creatine might be as high as 15g on some days due to eating a bar pre-workout
