creatine and water retention?

I know creatine causes more water to be retained, but Im just curious if anyone has gotten a swollen/bloated face ie... cheeks from using creatine?:hmmm:
 
Personally I have never held any water while on it (mono).
 
I was using MHP Trac and for a medical problem I was hospitalized and during the 8 days I spent in the hospital I lost 12 lbs, which I believe were just water from the creatine.
 
I'll put on ~8 lbs on mono. I took some time off all supplements, mainly because i was broke. Ive started the mono again yesterday and Im at 199 now, I should be around 208-210 within a week with a noticible pump.

And it definitley makes me stronger. My lifts all go down at least 15% within 2 weeks of stopping.
 
I just decided to give Cex another go round......... whats a good amount to take, 3g 2x a day or 5g 2x a day?
 
CEX you should take just half teaspoon in the morning on an empty stomach and half teaspoon pre workout. Or if you want half pre wo and half post wo or if you want, just do like I did when I used CEX. One teaspoon pre wo and that's it.

i am using mono right now while cutting.... shall it hold me from seeing more definition due to water retention??
