I'm a newbie to supplements so forgive my naivety. My question is this. I am worrking with an individual who insists taking Creatine will on a fat loss program is helpful to expedite his loss. Any opinons would be appreciated.
Creatine will not really help you burn fat directly. It will help you build more muscle over time, which will result in a raised metabolic rate, which will help you burn fat. Creatine is not a "fat burner" though, per se.
