I was wondering what you guys thought or if there is any clinical proof that you should not do a lot of running if you are taking creatine do to the fact that you could pull a muscle like a hamstring a lot easier. I was working out pretty hard doing sprints and I kept pulling my hamstrings...at the same time I was hitting the creatine pretty hard. I doubt I was drinking enough water and I pretty much summed up that that was the problem. Well, two years later I'm starting to do the same time of work out, but i want to take creatine but I''m afraid or the repercusions. I was wondering if anybody had tthe same problems? I read somewhere that creatine is banned in some nfl teams due to this fact.
