Do you take your creatine on your off days? How many times a day do you take it and when? I could probably search this but I'm watching the Eagles and I'm lazy.
You need to keep creatine in your system that's why you are supposed to go through a one week loading phase when you first start taking it. So take it everyday 2 times a day and time the second dose so it is right AFTER your workout not right before it.
