Creatine: Yay or Nay?

I've been thinking of trying Creatine Ethyl Ester but don't know if its worth it or not. I've heard if you start taking it and you stop, that you will lose alot of the size you have put on.

So what do you guys think? Do you use creatine? Is it worth it? Should I give it a shot? How much and when? I've heard before workouts, after, etc.

yes, its worth it, you dont lose gains. i would start with creatine mono, and if you dont like that, then go with cee, but go with a pill form. if you go with cee and want a powder, make sure its flavored and not bulk.
 
It is worth it and i would also go with the mono alot cheaper if you have problems with it then go to cee good luck.:thumb:
 
^Good information, make sure you get micronized monohydrate or you might have some stomach issues.
 
Thanks for the replies guys. I've taken mono but that was like when I first started working out a few years ago, it definitely gave me some stomach trouble so I'll try CEE since I already have some.

I was gonna take 5g pre and post workout. What do you guys think?

10g. is too much. Stick with 3-5g. post-workout.
