I've been thinking of trying Creatine Ethyl Ester but don't know if its worth it or not. I've heard if you start taking it and you stop, that you will lose alot of the size you have put on.
So what do you guys think? Do you use creatine? Is it worth it? Should I give it a shot? How much and when? I've heard before workouts, after, etc.
