Well i take it before my workouts, but now i see people saying that they take it after so now im a bit confused...any help here? before or after?
 
Post workout is definately better for optimal absorbsion. It is also easier to stay hydrated drinking your creatine post-workout.
 
I take it pre and post workout. About 3g each time.
 
I've taken it 1 hour before workout, and I've also tried splitting it up before and after. It hasn't really seemed to make a difference.
 
my trainer told me to take it 40 mins before work out, so i did.
 
Take it 30-60 min before if you want to retain more water during workout. And drink plenty of water at that time! Or drink it right after for optimal absorbsion. Your preference, really. Not a big deal.
