ok i juss baught some and i read on da internet dat i shud not do a loading phase just go into takin 5 grams afta i workout. is dat good? or shud i do the loading phase? and is their any sideefffects? and shud i mix it with weigh post workout?

you can take it with whatever.. i used to take mine with grape juice
 
I would say to go ahead and give the loading phase a try.
It all depends on how it makes you feel. I have read that you are supposed to start with a loading phase and then go into 5grams per day for maintenance, but the loading made me feel bloated and heavy.
So go ahead and load up.
 
loading only wastes the creatine, its water solubale, and anything you cant use you will piss out. no loading no cycling, just take 5g ed.

this could have been answered by a simple search btw..

If your lifting for strenght use 5 mg before your work out if your looking to add size do 2.5 before an 2.5 after. I would do 5 before work out an 5 after.
Most people use 10 g a day.
 
thanks bro. should i mix it in with it? or take it sepeartly with grape juice. because i take my shake with milk and musclemilk adn fruit

I would say just mix it in your shake. I heard grapejuice speeds up the transport to your muscles, but I don't think you will notice much of a difference. For ease, just mix it with your shake.

I found that I noticed it most after about 4 days in, so give it time.
